"Our room was so beautiful! It was so big and spacious- we wished we had booked another night. I left an expensive item. Called the property and spoke with Claire who was so helpful and kind. She made it so easy to have my things returned. It was the best customer service I have ever had! You are lucky to have her working with your company."

"It IS a non-smoking hotel, but you can still kind of smell cigarette smoke in the halls. The rooms are fine, though (or at least mine was). Otherwise, it’s very clean and well maintained, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast so I can’t say anything about that, but it is included."
