โI had a lovely stay, the hotel has a very unique design, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious. Wifi working great.
My only negative point is that on weekend nights, as the hotel is very central, the noise from the street really penetrates the room. I didn't mind much but I know some people are sensitive.โ
โWas very nice. Very spacious, right in the centre of Brno. Only thing was the nearby church bells were quite loud at some times - obviously that can't be helped!โ
โThe hotel Royal Ricc is in a very convenient location only a block from the main Square in the City Hall. There are several restaurants and bar bars nearby. There is one with very good beer next to our window, however. It hasnโt bothered us, but it might bother someone who is a light sleeper. They offered to move us, but we chose to stay where we were because the room was really awesome!โ
โThe hospitality and the service is at the highest level- helped with booking, perfect with sugestions for trips, and prices are very favourable- all staff always smiling and in good moodโ
โThe apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tvโs, and a washer and dryer. Itโs in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. โ
โWhat a unique experience in Brno! The bunker room was clean, comfortable and rather spacious. We found the temperature pleasantly cool, especially enjoyable during summer. Although the toilet and shower were shared with other rooms, they were clean too. Wifi worked fine. Both the entrance fee for visiting the museum and a breakfast were included. Mind you that you need to be at the breakfast area early in order to enjoy the full spread. What makes this place so much more than the sum of all...
โA "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before.โ

โThis place is clean and good. However, you should be noted that they donโt make up the room until you leave. They provide only towels and soap. You should clean your room on your own during your stay. I requested make up my room, but, they said that.โ
โGood for Business hotel, breakfast menu changed every day and taste also nice. Room condition is general but only have small trouble for draining water during my staying. โ
