โI was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The new owners are great. Very courteous and willing to help in any way. I travel a lot for work so I cherish a safe, quiet, clean, professionally run place like this, with a reasonable rate. Anything you need is close by and unlike similar places in this part of SA, he keeps out the riff-raff. I will be placing it on the hotel list for my agency and Iโll stay here in the future when Iโm working in that area of SA. โ
โEverything was wonderful. The host kept communicating with me and over all we had an amazing stay. I would definitely stay there again. Very beautiful home and spacious parking. We were few minutes away from the river walk which I loved. โ
โThe alarm went off the day before and someone squeezed the handle of a dry chem fire extinguisher so they had residue on a lot of things.
The fire alarm went off again at 2:30 in the morning again there for waking everybody up again.
The breakfast tasted not well, and I am not picky about food โ

โI tried my best to contact the property about rescheduling my arrival due to losing my brother so suddenly. It was an unexpected loss and we were having his funeral services and burial Friday and Saturday. Of course we tried and tried but nothing. โThis place is marketed as a 2br and it is not. They know it is not because when you get your confirmation email it clearly says 1 bedroom. i called and asked and the rep assured it was a 2 bedroom. there is 1 bedroom with a full bed and a twin bunk bed in the hallway. it is not a 2nd bed room. not 1 dresser drawer for clothes we had to live out our suitcases. also the beds have fleas or something because they were biting me all night. โThis house is actually split into 2 . A front house rental and a back house rental. When we arrived, we thought there were residents in the back rental, until someone started to walk up on the front porch and attempt use a code to access our portion of the rental. There was no indication on how the back house could be accessed. It was cleared up quickly, but the gentleman was not aware of the second access location. โWe stayed here for 5 full days. If you stay more than a couple days, you will need to buy garbage bags and wash your towels. There is only one towel per person, no wash clothes and only one hand towel. The dryer doesn't dry your clothes. I dried one load 4 times and it still didn't dry. Before grocery shopping check the cooking utensils to make sure you have the right cooking stuff for the things you buy.
