“We were only there for one night to attend a game in a nearby city. I complained to the staff that the top cover of one of the beds had staines on it, the tissue roll was hanging off because one of the nails was not securely in the plaster, and the smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall completely. The room itself seemed clean enough.”
“The hotel was under renovation. However, that was no excuse for a huge water bug in the room and a dead one right outside the door. The bathtub was not clean, neither was the bathroom floor. There was a new roll of toilet paper with what appeared to be mold on it. If all the other hotels had not been full, we would have left.”

“You can’t beat the room rates at Hotel 27. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The air conditioning wasn’t loud like in other places we have stayed. If I had to say there was anything they could improve on it would be breakfast but there is a Shipley Do-Nut place just a few blocks away.”
“I will never stay here again. This is the most depressing place to stay for a casino. I don't think the employees are happy and they protect that onto you.
