We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is nice and the inside smells clean and so did our room. The beds are comfortable, room had a nice love seat, table and chair and frig and microwave. I would recommend.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Loved the historic vibe of the hotel and its location at the foot of the levee, nearness to historic attractions and Lake Ferguson/Mississippi River. Hotel should install more conveniently located outlets in rooms, mindful of travelers’ needs to charge devices and even just to iron. Loved the spaciousness of my double-bed room, despite bathroom showing moderate signs of wear. I will stay here again for sure and am proud of this investment in Greenville.

The room was immaculately clean and included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Check-in was very quick and smooth and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. If I’m in town again, I’ll definitely stay again.

I just love that the room we were in had hard wood flooring. However, all there rooms do not . . Yet. I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the hotel itself; it has a lot of Greenville’s history all around. They even offered a free tee shirt from the Delta Hot Tamale Festival. They offered free parking. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

What a gem of a place. The staff are top notch. Definitely need a car in this town. If you're looking for night life and action, this might not be the place; -- but if you're looking to hide out and rest, this might be it!

Nice older hotel with a friendly staff. Stay here often. Only complaints are: typical brown Greenville water and small TVs. In old downtown area that is pretty abandoned.

The room was cozy, had plush towels, great pillows, plush mattresses and I loved that they had streaming services ie Hulu, Amazon Prime etc. The staff was very sweet as well. Definite would choose them again when I come back to Greenville, MS.
