“This is a 5 Star hotel! Great location, huge room, secure, covered parking. located a couple blocks from downtown, this hotel is perfect. Clean, safe, staff communication amazing. our 2nd time staying here in 2 years. next time in Memphis, we will stay again. thank you @the stallion!”

“For the most part, everything was great. The only exception, was the beds. Mattress and pillows were mediocre at best. The mattress was extremely firm. My shoulders, hips and even my back hurt due to this. Pillows were way too spongy soft for me. The wooden bed frame was pretty, but both myself and my wife hit our ankles and legs trying to get in and out. The frame does not need to be wider than the bed. Accident waiting to happen.”

“Staff was very nice - food and drink was good.”

“모두 만족하는 깨끗하고 아침 맛있고 좋은 호텔이었습니다”

“Nice property with helpful staff. Very near the interstate so it’s noisy”

“The location is good but the hotel is very dated.”

“Location”

“Elevator in poor condition button on floor. Had to use the stairs on one occasion, poorly maintained. No breakfast at all. Would not stay here again.”

“Easy access to the Memphis downtown and historic places. You can take trolley and bus to the National Civil Rights Museum, Sun Studio. Also there's BikeShare! The Mississippi river is five minutes walk from hotel. Beale street is 15 minutes walk away. ”

“Good”

“The parking situation is a nightmare. Check in is at 3 and we got there at 3:30 and they didn’t have a room ready. When we got to the room it wasn’t what we booked (premium king). When I spoke to the front desk about the room issue, they said to take it up with Expedia. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the air wouldn’t cool.”
