Well kept facility. Would stay there again for sure. Wish the hot tub had been working, but stuff happens....just the way it is. Otherwise a great place.

The place was very clean and staff were exceptional. The rooms need to be updated, but were very clean. The breakfast was exceptional and breakfast staff exceptional. The housekeeping and maintenance supervisors were training a new housekeeper one door down from our room. I overheard them both tell him at different times that guest satisfaction is their #1 priority. That motto shone thru with every staff interaction we had from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance to breakfast staff. Even though the rooms were in need of updating, the beds were super comfy, it was quiet, and staff was very accommodating.

I liked the fact that fresh towels were always provided. The complimentary breakfast was great and it was nice to be close to the vatiety of restuarants.

Pros: Clean area and good breakfast choices Cons: There was limited parking, night manager suggested parking in the bar parking lot. There were loud barking dogs in the early morning hours that interrupted my ability sleep two nights in a row.

Great room with views of mountain and a lovely stream running behind the hotel. Very clean, comfortable and close to great eats! Highly recommend.

No working hot tub which is one of the main reasons we chose this property. They need to let guests know this in advance. Elevator smells terrible.

Jackie the breakfast lady did wonderful job- wide variety of food and she was very friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful especially Raine who tried to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms but finally settled on something that worked for us. Pets are allowed and we could hear dogs bark during the night.

When we pulled out the sofa bed for our kiddo there was a plastic fork, and skittles all through out it. It was late and the clerk had issues getting us in the room to begin with or I would have asked for a new room.

Did not receive maid service. When we made reasonable requests we were met with apathy or outright distain by evening staff. To be fair when he over heard the issue, there was a helpful young man that was concerned about our problem. It’s too bad that young people today have an attitude of “not my job”.Don’t expect the front staff to have a professional appearance, the days of requiring your staff to present that kind professionalism appear to be long gone in this establishment.

The bathroom was dirty looked like toothpaste splattered on the back of the door floors look dirty staff was not very friendly. I tapped on thw door to ask the staff a question in the food area & she was leaning over were the food is prepared to busy on her phone to come help me another guest did. Pillows are lil square things just not what we expected for breakfast juice machine out of order.

Not as good as we hoped
Was fine for a night. We partly chose it because it had an “excellent” rating, though it really should be rated “average”. Sink didn’t drain, sheets somewhat dirty, heater only worked on full blast.
