옐로스톤을 가는 경유지로 숙박시설의 위치와 주변환경, 무료조식 등은 만족하였음. 다만 침구(특히, 베개)에서 불쾌한 냄새가 나 숙면을 취할 수가 없었음. 그 전 숙박자가 사용 후 세탁을 하지 않은 상태로 시트정리만 한 것 같이 악취가 났음.

Good place to stay for a weekend getaway. Not the most luxurious accommodations, but comfortable, clean, and convenient. Staff was nice but not outwardly friendly to say hello as people came in and out the door by the front desk. Hot tub was nice to relax in. The room beds were comfortable. Would be nice to have a tv guide in the room as the one on the tv wasn’t working. There were many lightbulbs out in the bathroom, including the heat lamp, which was a bit annoying with the lack of light to get ready. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave and coffee. Overall would definitely stay here again.

We like how convenient it was ,the only things we didn't like was the hair dryer was really bad and the people above us were . Run back and forth all night.

My granddaughter n I did enjoy our stay at your motel. Liked the fact that it was close to restaurants. The comp breakfast was good. We would probably stay again.

It was a great place for a family to stay for a night, we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the room, and a nice basic breakfast in the morning.

When I entered to sign in it took awhile for someone to come to the front desk. The young man was friendly but not very helpful with some of my issues. After noticing that there was no TV guide, I went back to the desk to ask for one and he gave me the wrong one. When I went back later he showed me the correct one and told me I could take a picture with my phone, as there was only one at the front desk. There was no helpful information in the room regarding where things were located in Missoula. In the morning after a shower, I discovered that the hair dryer did not work. When I tried to turn it on the lights above the sink flickered, so I informed the young man at the front desk and told him there was probably an electrical problem. He agreed that this was probably the problem. This was a safety concern for me but I was not offered any solution. This is an old hotel that needs updating. The pictures online did not reflect this and I probably should have known due to the fact that the price was quite reasonable. Regardless, I will not be staying at this motel again if I am in Missoula.

This place was a dump. No elevator(s), breakfast was horrific no milk, juice or water. All vending machines were out of order. Even the complimentary shampoo was 1/2 gone from someone else’s use. No way! Never again!

I would stay here again.
The night staff member was friendly and worked with us to find a room had a working heater. The breakfast buffet was awesome. More choices than usually offered at a hotel breakfast. Hot tub was excellent after a cold day shopping.

I have stayed here a few times and it always a good experience. Th see only problem was the fridge was noisy. Otherwise perfect.

Freezing Cold Pool
This was a one-night stay for us to attend the U of M football game. I always get a place with a swimming pool because my grandsons love to swim. The water temperature of the pool was so cold we could not comfortably be in the pool. The hot tub was fine but it is too hot for a 4-year-old. You should not advertise that you have a pool if it is not sufficiently heated to be used in the winter. Very, very disappointing!

Clean and comfortable budget motel. Quiet. The internet was super slow and it took me three hours to download several large files. If you need internet for work, prepare in advance.

Absolutely worst stay
Room was not cleaned at all. Just the bed was made back up not changed . Nothing had been wiped down in living/bedroom area or bathroom. Garbage still on floor coffee hair and rings left on surfaces. Bathroom smelled of cigarettes. I did make it clear to front desk even brought the garbage left on floor in a cup up to to them. Nothing was done til the next day . They then cleared it but still didn't change the bedding. A couple of front desk people had a terrible attitude and one was falling asleep in a lounge chair off and throughout shift. It was a terrible terrible terrible experience. I keep trying to download pictures of all of above and it won't let me. If someone can contact me I have them
