Pros: Convenient parking, spotlessly clean rooms, spacious for families. Very quiet at night—great for sleep. Cons: Terrible Wi-Fi signal. Once the hotel is full in the evening, the internet only works near the door and is virtually non-existent inside the room.

We were greeted and welcomed by the hotel staff- he answered all our questions and truly helped us have a wonderful stay. The Hut we rented had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a low ceiling upstairs with two mattresses on the floor. There were 2 folding chairs but really nowhere to sit except the deck outside. Since there were 5 of us we went to the hotel lobby to play games and have fun. The Hut was clean but located near the street with billboard signs right outside that stay lit all night and shines in the windows. Maybe there should be shades added to upper windows. Very Friendly staff

Best tiny house around Moab in my opinion. Super clean and smells like pine. Loved it! Would just have better deck chairs. That’s my only critique. Loved having two bathrooms. Decently priced for the area too. Would most definitely stay again.

The Arches Hut was great. The 2 king beds were very comfortable. The 2 twin mattresses in the loft were not very comfortable. They are not twin beds, they are 2 mattresses on the loft floor. I would not recomended these twin beds for anyone over 7 years of age.

Beautiful place to stay and very affordable. Comfy beds & very very tidy/clean. We had a great time going out to “The Spoke” in the evening and enjoyed the short drive back to the cabins from town. The entire experience was refreshing, especially on our 2700 mile trek. Thank you to the property owners & cleaners for their attention to detail.

Was a clean place, parking was a little too close together and there wasn’t much of a view like it states in the description. I was under the assumption they all had kitchens but they do not. Only one of them is equipped with a kitchen. Water in the showers was not hot even when turned all the way to hot. Clean and a nice place to stay for a short period of time.

The place reminded me of a private motel. It’s was spacious 2 beds two fridges 2 bathrooms, a loft and it was clean. Not my standers of clean but it had No bugs. The noise level is where it’s like being in a motel. You hear everything from everyone. Alarm clocks to doors shutting, and laughing/talking from other huts. You also hear a lot of road traffic. Trucks, semis, UTVs. There also is no place in the shower to put your things like soaps or razors. They do provide soap on the wall but I prefer my own. There is two much light with windows. 3 windows in the back room high on the wall with no blinds to shut so light from other huts and hotel near by is to much to sleep. When you try to watch tv the light glares and you can not see if staying during the day. It would benefit with blinds or tint on the high window to help someone sleep who can not with light interference.

Room very nice clean quiet location good for big family travel together. I wish they will be have some rug outside of door because we was hiked all day and I feel bad to bring all sand inside the room . Hardly recommend to stay in the place.

The most important reason we chose the tiny house was because they don’t allow pets and the place was super clean! The tiny house was amazingly roomy & cute, had everything we needed. Clean comfy king size beds. We were very pleased to spend 2 nights there. Definitely will go back!

It’s an absolute treasure! A stand alone house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms AND a loft! Interior is done in light wood, almost like a chalet. Windows high up allow you to see the stars from the beds! So glad we found this place!

Our family of four stayed twice in the huts tiny homes while staying in Moab and loved it. Gave us a place to wash up and crash after long days hiking in Arches, and we really appreciated the separate sleeping areas under one roof. Everyone slept better than in a hotel room. Moab is one of our favorite destinations in the country and we really appreciated our stays here. I highly recommend brunch at Cactus Jacks and supper at the Broken Oar while in Moab as well!
