the floor felt a bit sandy when we moved in, but what do you expect when you visit Moab?? great location!! So close to Arches NP, walkable distance to restaurants, fun stores and more restaurants really close by. Great value, great to support a local non-chain venue!

Budget hotel. Good value. Had everything we needed. Easy check in/out, clean, comfortable. All Moab dining and shopping easily accessible. Canyonlands, Arches, and Dead Horse State park close by. Would definitely stay here again. ALSO - we accidentally left a medical device in our room and the owner was very helpful in getting it back to us.

I stayed for 3 days with my child. The AC worked so well and drowned out any noise, we slept like babies everyday. Although not the most appealing from the outside, our room was clean, felt safe, and budget friendly for us. I would come back again. Overall stay was enjoyable, we spent most of our time out exploring and it was a nice place to sleep at no night.

The hotel is owner operated. The room was smaller, but clean and comfortable with a big storage spot for bags. Location was good. The price was reasonable which is saying a lot for Moab. GREAT coffee bus on property.

Clean, reasonably well appointed room. I had a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. Shower was good, but bathroom fan did not work. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Electric heater was quite noisy. Overall very happy with the room and ease of access. I would stay there again.

This place was way clean quiet, i would recommend it to all of my family and friends. Parking is tight but everything eles was great i would stay again the pepole in the office was great help.

Property was run down. Trash can outside the front entrance was overflowing. Numerous problems with door lock. Left one day into a 3 day purchased stay. Pretty bummed 😕

This is a basic and adequate setup with limited amenities and no lobby/desk person. The room was clean and comfortable which is the most important thing after a day of adventure in Moab.
