The motel is really close to Moab downtown. It's also really close to the entrance of Archer National Park. They provide a somewhat decent breakfast. If you are on a low budget, it's a plus as you are saving on one meal. However, nothing of this really worth the price. The place was crowded, which means you hear everyone. I didn't have big issues, except by a man speaking loud late in the room next door, but I see this being a major issue if you are trying to get some sleep for a long day at a national park. My room had a lot of issues. Water took forever to get hot and not too much came out of the shower. The sink was blocked, so water takes forever to drain. Some other small issues no worth mentioning but, in general, doesn't worth the money. I spend almost $300 for two nights. I just don't think it worth the money. Not sure if Moab in general is this expensive. I think it is.

No personal service or breakfast. TV channel guide was for analog channels that didn't come in, try channels over 100. Big bathroom but no place to set out cosmetics. Poor water pressure and it takes forever to get hot water. Room was clean and bed comfortable. We will pay more next time and stay somewhere else.

No staff available on site- check in and communication is resumed te from Philippines so you can only speak to a screen. Stained upholstery in room, plugged shower so you stand in dirty water, outlet in bathroom not working Was VERY disappointed- not large cute re-vamped motor inn that we expected. Parking an issue so my mother ( who has mobility issues) couldn’t go to car since far from room. Totally impersonal- will never go here again. The guy on the video was nice- just the whole set up here is really not customer oriented at all.

A good, low key place. Bed and pillows very comfortable. I did wish the water pressure in the shower was stronger and the WiFi was a bit sketchy, but al in all a very nice place for the price.

No in person check-in. Check-in done remotely via a video kiosk. Very impersonal and I did not care for it. Motel is noisy and room curtains do not block out the bright lights coming from the parking area. I would not stay here again.

They use a kiosk instead of personnel— someone in the phillipines on a screen checked me in. The sheets are super polyester and there is only a very thin coverlet so it was cold. There is no breakfast unless you walk down the street to another hotel that has subpar offerings. I tried to get an itemized bill at checkout and the Philippines kiosk person couldn’t make that happen. I asked for it to be emailed and it hasn’t yet arrived despite calling from the road again hours later.

Good location in Moab! Decent sized room and bathroom, however the room had a lingering smell of fresh paint and a layer of dust on many surfaces. Be aware: there is no physical front desk employee. Instead there is a kiosk with a remote worker who completes your check in. Otherwise, you can't beat the price.

The property was just okay more like fair. First time I have used a video kiosk to check in. I was looking forward to dining at the La Hacienda but it is now a Mediterranean restaurant. Everything else is to far to walk.

Exactly as advertised, good value for money, convenient location. The room 102 looked like new, just the right amount of amenities for a simple cost effective stay. Remote kiosk signin was no problem.

Our sheets were dirty in the first room and the one we were transferred to. Bathroom in second room had vanity lights and hairdryer above the toilet, which was not near the sink and mirror. No shelf in shower. No place to hang clothes, no counter space by bathroom sink. Only virtual check in with a woman in California.

Let me preface this I came in the off season and paid like $70 a night. Moab not in the off season is crazy expensive if you come and it’s $200 a night here don’t stay here spend the extra money and stay at the nicer hotels you’ll feel like you got something more for your money. It’s a cheap motel that’s not bad, it’s got some dead bugs and some silly things like no place to hold soap in the showers so if you’ll be upset by that when you pay $200 don’t do it. But if it’s $70 or so it felt about right. Solid stay would recommend for the budget traveler.

Our room is clean, but is in a terrible location in a dark corner behind utility room where broken equipment is stored outside, in the open. Leaky unit running water in walkway. Broken outdoor furniture. Utility style outlets, cheap vinyl floor. Bathroom has pedestal sink with no counter. Feels liike we are in a warehouse. We selected bcuz hot breakfast was ncluded. At checkin told no longer available. When we confirmed that it is on our reservation, were told we can go to another inn down the street for breakfast.

The Inn was funky. Some would like that. For us it was marginal. You can tell someone is trying hard but the building is just old, walls are thin, tv was analog. The king bed was ok but made a distinct sound like a metal drum when you got in. For Moab, the price was great and the facility worked, but not comparable to average places.

The check in was electronically with a lady on a camera in NewJersey. Absurd!Room has strong odor. Mold and mildew around tub. Needs painting. No pool no breakfast as advertised. All this fir $244! I need a refund!

There was mold around the tub in the bathroom. No towel rack where you could hang up a towel or wash rag. I paid of $250 per night for this hotel. No personnel on duty. You talk communicate via video chat.

The AI checking me in was a little strange. I felt like if i had a problem there was no actal person who could fix it. Although i had clean towels folded, there were dirty ones hung up over the shower bar. Also i found a quarter on the sheet but under the cover. The bed was made, but finding that made it clear the sheet wasnt actually laundered since the last visit. Also, i came across two roaches in my room.

DON'T USE THIS MOTEL!!! It is extremely dirty, space for breakfast is very limited and some guests had to eat while standing. Most of all, the place is very dirty!!!

Der Check-Inn war freundlich. Das Zimmer welches uns dann zugewiesen wurde, schien nicht gereinigt worden zu sein: Es lag ein Handtuch hinter der Badezimmertür und das WC war schmutzig. Wir haben das Zimmer beanstandet und wurden gefragt ob wir ein neues Zimmer haben möchten, was wir bestätigt haben. Im neuen Zimmer war ein Fernsehkabel locker und hing halb aus der Wand. Das Symphon im Badezimmer war rostig, ebenso das Badezimmerregal. Die Duscharmatur war lose, so das man das Abwasserrohr sehen konnte. Die Sauberkeit ließ insgesamt zu wünschen übrig (u.a. Haare auf dem Bett). Am nächsten Tag waren wir vormittags kurz zurück im Zimmer (und parkten das Auto vor der Zimmertür), der junge Mann, der die Zimmer geputzt hatte, sah uns und ließ dann unser Zimmer logischerweise aus. Nach ca. 10 Minuten fuhren wir wieder. Als wir abends wieder kamen, war unser Zimmer nicht geputzt. Es ist an sich ja nicht schlimm, aber wir erwarten dann zumindest, das die Handtücher und das Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt werden. Der Mülleimer quoll auch über. Wir werden hier definitiv nicht mehr übernachten, sollten wir noch mal nach Moab kommen. Wir sind von Haus aus keine pingeligen Menschen, aber wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen. Wo die guten Bewertungen her kommen ist uns ein Rätsel.

It was an ok place to stay. Checking in on a kiosk was interesting. The bed was marshmallow soft - I slept well. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and we had to ask for towels.
