The guy putting out breakfast was really nice, kept the area clean despite messy guests, tried to keep the food items stocked, ran out of cream cheese for bagels and the potatoes were never hot. One of our rooms leaked a lot of rain water from the window which we were moved and again staff was nice about it. This is an older property, descent enough for the price but likely wont stay here again.

I love the western decor of the property and the very large foyer of the hotel. Also the rooms were very large and decorated with that same western feel. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and attractive. I appreciate that the refrigerator had a separate freezer section. The food was great for hotel food and the attendant was very friendly and wore gloves when handling the food. Also they had a nice laundry room. The coffee was great with several options like Lattes and Cappuccinos. The only negative thing we experienced was the floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned.

The room was clean and modern. The hotel was quiet and the pool was fun for our kids. Check in and check out were super easy. There was a grocery store right across the parking lot - super convenient!

The first room we had did not have hot water, but the staff immediately put us in a room that did have hot water. We still had to run the water a little bit to wait for the hot water to kick in, but when it did kick in it was nice and hot.

This hotel was great! The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The included hot breakfast was also appreciated. The only negative was there was a strong musty smell when you first entered the room.

The room was great with plenty of room for our three night stay. The pool and hot tub were excellent and the pool was larger than most hotel indoor pools. There were used by us each day after long hot days in Arches and Canyonlands NP. There is a supermarkey righ next to the parking lot so it is easy to stock up on snacks or drinks. Highly recommended!

There was a huge rain storm the WEEK before or stay. Our room and the room next to ours had water leak in from the windows. The hotel stated they cleaned the carpets earlier in the DAY we checked in. They had fans blowing on the carpet that they had to remove when we walked in. The room smelled like mildew horrible. We turned the air in the room on high for ventilation. The hotel and town were at full occupancy due to Fall break. The next morning we go to shower no hot water. It would get get hot long enough for you to get wet. Then you had to turn it off lather up and rinse off while the water got semi warm again. The staff was very remorseful and wanted to help, but couldn’t do much. Free breakfast was good. This was our third time staying here. But, it’s going to be our last.

Spacious and well maintained hotel. The pet area is a like a little green grass park with shade trees, picnic tables and benches. Green in a desert, lovely. Breakfast includes freshly made eggs, waffles, breakfast meats and more. Parking is plentiful and there are some shade trees in the front. Highly recommend.
