"Shuttle Bus didn't turn up for over 1hr and half. Contacted hotel and they informed us on 2nd call if shuttle bus was full from Terminal 1, it didnt come to Terminal 2. Not helpful when you had long flight. Doesnt mention that on previous reviews or advertising. Room was grubby, no kettle facilities. Had to go to McDonald's across mall area for food and hot drink. Other guests doing the same. Best part of hotel was leaving."
"Hotel is clean so as the room. Reception is quick and polite and we checked in online. Lodi supermarket in 5 minutes. We don’t use the amenities. Parking is tight and may need to park outside street parking space. Overall is good for us."

"Check in was simple and we were fortunate to receive an earlier check-in to the room free of charge. The room was spacious and clean with complimentary water and coffee. Great location, walking distance to the bus stop and a large mall with many popular shopping options. Fast food restaurants were a stone throw away."
"We had a family room which really wasn’t big enough for 3 let alone 4. I was also sure we’d booked a sea view and this room certainly wasn’t a sea view. The air con was cool but humid and the room had flies in it which seemed to be coming from the A/C ducting. It wasn’t a terrible hotel but our overall experience wasn’t great think there are better options in the area. We did let reception know but they were fully booked and had no options for us so we spent the night and left in the morning."
