"What a little gem . For a 2* hostal this place was excellent. Spotlessly clean . Beautiful decor throughout with many Andalucian tiled floors . Jose was very friendly and helpful. Underground parking for 11.50€ a day close by or free on street parking ( if you can find a spot) 20 min walk to the beach or the local bus costs 60 cents each Bathroom a little small but adequate air conditioning in bedroom and beds comfortable Would definitely stay here again. Deserves a 5 * review in my opinion...

"It is a lovely location, but could doing with a few property maintenance upgrades. Did have a lovely meal and the wine was nice. Would have been nice to have been told there were 2 large weddings, before we arrived. We wanted to relax on the morning of our departure as checkout is at 12, but was impossible with wedding guests everywhere. Had a lovely tour of the vineyard which we would recommend"

"We stayed only 2 nights at Iberostar waves Property and room was very nice Breakfast and dinners were good too Only negative was noise from the Octoberfest next door. We couldn’t really relax by the pool. It was so loud all afternoon until late evening. Another thing we would appreciate early morning coffee. Only available at breakfast and later in the bars"

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, it even smelled amazing. Coffee and cakes being available in the afternoon was a nice touch. Breakfast is basic but plenty of food. Being adult only, the hotel was extremely quiet we didn’t hear a sound the whole time we were in the room. The hotel paid parking is quite small so be prepared to have to manoeuvre your car into a tight spot. Although fairly late in the season Nerja was busy with live music, loads of cafes and bars buzzing and it was lovely to see lots of the local women wearing in traditional dress as they enjoyed a Sunday evening stroll."
