“The room was small and smelled of industrial cleaner when we walked in. The window blinds didn't darken the room. Bedding was lightweight and barely adequate. Very noisy when people walked down the hall or in the rooms above. We could hear the guy in the next room snoring. The breakfast was fine. Would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.”

“Bed and pillows were comfortable, as was temperature. No elevator or ramp for luggage so we had to bump our luggage up and down the stairs, but area was quiet, staff was friendly and room was clean. There is a breakfast but we missed it because we slept late.”

“The hotel is in dire need of renovations. Although the staff is amazing, the hotel is being renovated, which complicates things when trying to go into the parking lot. The family room is large but the furniture banged up and carpets dirty and smelly. The air conditioning is incredibly loud. When we opened the sofa bed, we found lots of trash inside of it. We were on the third floor and some rooms are being worked on. Which means loud voices shouting in the hallway at 7am and banging on the walls...
