The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. They have different amenities but you do have to pay for everything. The AC didn't work during my entire stay and we had to sleep with the outside shade door open. The beds were also hard. My daughter had a small bed and as soon as she sat down it seems that it broke. The hotel itself looked nice and the view is amazing. It's in a very country place but only a few minutes from most turist destinations.

I went with friends exploring the area and chose this property to stay at. We booked two rooms and had dinner there. The food was wonderful, the wine was good and the rooms were great. I would definitely take friends there again. They had horses, goats and other animals onsite, the 5 year old kid that was with us really enjoyed the stay as well. He had a loft in the bedroom and enjoyed walking around the property and seeing the animals. Dinner at the property was very convenient since it was off season and many places nearby were closed.

The property and room in general was nice. The pool area was good but didn’t use it due to weather and time of the year. Plenty of parking space available and a car is a necessity as property is nowhere near any towns/villages However, the staff weren’t very helpful and slow to accommodate our requests. We had to ask several times for an extra blanket for our room. When we tried to check in, no-one was at reception and waited over 20 minutes outside before someone returned. Breakfast was very limited and if you came towards to the end of service, there was next to no food. The breakfast staff themselves made no attempt to engage with you or ask if you wanted hot drinks, they just seemed to be washing up all the time. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to the property.

Location was great - the pool area was a pleasant addition. Property was very busy as there was an event taking place so everyone focused on this! No restaurant available and there is no bar - drinks we had to order at reception and delivered to us on patio. Property is very tired and needs refurbishing. Good location to visit Alberobello and other local areas.

We stayed there for 3 night. The pool was excellent. Breakfast was great and we had dinner 1 night from the restaurant which was amazing. However the stairs up on the bedroom was reallly floppy. Air conditioning was not so great and the washrooms get clogge. Overall rate 3 to 3.5

A lot of potential

Very nicely renovated place. Swimming pool is awesome. Really safe and clean place. I believe that they have just started with a new consept after renovation. That's why they are still a couple of things they should rethink: restaurant is not always open for lunch and dinner - so you have to drive somewhere to eat. There should be a fridge in the room if the restaurant/bar is not open to get something to drink or eat. One evening the restaurant was open and dinner was great

Worst stay ever! Rooms are very old,not equipped at all, smelly, dirty, toilet was not flushing, not hot water and heater was not working. Staff is ver rude when we approached them about these issues and we left. Avoid this place!

Location e struttura molto suggestiva ma da rivedere e migliorare alcune cose tipo la manutenzione delle camere. Personale disponibile e cordiale, ci hanno cambiato il tipo di camera senza versare alcuna differenza. Colazione buona. La zona piscina rilassante e con un bel panorama, da aggiungere qualche ombrellone e lettino in più. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le varie mete turistiche della Puglia. Sicuramente masseria da consigliare per un piacevole soggiorno. Grazie e buon lavoro!

Embora a estrutura comum aos hóspedes seja boa, o hotel precisa de cuidados. Deveriam ser mais cuidadosos com os hóspedes e com os quartos que oferecem. No nosso quarto , a Tv, ar condicionado e chuveiro , não funcionavam corretamente. Quanto ao café da manhã , nos incomodou o fato de termos que pedir café, leite e ovos na cozinha e esperar pelo preparo , ou voltar para buscar . Mas, nada nos incomodou tanto como o casamento que foi realizado neste hotel. Já passava da meia , quando fomos acordados com uma “ chuva de fogos de artifício”. Que susto terrível. E a música ? Essas adentrou a madrugada . Fomos conseguir pegar no sono só depois das 3 da manhã . Esse barulho foi uma falta de respeito , falta de CUIDADO . E que fique claro , nossa avaliação deve ser encarada como uma crítica construtiva, pois , o fato de ser um hotel familiar , não impede que se tenha hierarquia . Não impede que tenham cuidado no trato com os hóspedes, afinal são estes a razão da existência de uma MASSERIA ou de qualquer hotel .

Expérience horrible passé pendant une nuit! Beaucoup de bruit et nous avons été dérangé par un inconnu en plein soirée qui a essaiyer de rentrer dans notre chambre… par la suite, il a mit une note disant qu’il s’appel David et il nous aimait et il voulait qu’on aie au spa. Toute la soirée, nous n’avons pas pu dormir puisque nous avons eu peur

La Masseria è immersa nel verde, e’ ben tenuta. Le stanze sono spaziose e ben tenute. Il personale è disponibile. C’è una bella piscina (come diversivo dal mare). La spiaggia è distante circa 20-25 min verso Capitolo (Monopoli). Il ristorante offre una buona qualità di cibo e bevande.
