“The location is not what is displayed on the hotels app. The actual location of the Arrowood hotel is 1625 Deboer Ave, Charlotte, NC 28273. Overall stay was good, I would come back again, and the front desk person named Eddie had amazing customer service”

“We were in town for a U14 Perfect Game Baseball tournament. The Clarian met and exceeded all expectations from check in to breakfast, getting extra towels and toothpaste to getting an extended checkout. It was great location to the game, sporting goods stores along with food and entertainment. I would definitely recommend and stay there again for future events.”

“This hotel is a hidden gem. We stayed here during the Players Championship PGA tournament and we were absolutely blown away by the staff and the value for your money. It is not a high end hotel, but it is amazingly clean, the staff are unbelievably friendly and accommodating and the extras in their free breakfast, happy hour and happy hour buffet was excellent. They really go above and beyond. ”

“We have stayed at this hotel in 2024 and again in 2025. Both times our room was clean, staff was pleasant and welcoming. This hotel is perfect for a restful night at a reasonable cost. It is basic room/hotel with continental breakfast. Not many amenities like a pool or exercise room but we don't need that. If you are looking for a clean reasonable priced place to stay this would be it. ”

“Loved the cleanliness of our room. Very quiet that night too. But was warned not to leave our utility trailer hooked up to our truck due to possible break ins. So left trailer at friends house that night. ”
