"Hi All, We loved our stay at NilHotel Florence. Normally when I travel I cannot sleep on bed as most of the time mattress are too soft and does not support my back. But at NilHotel the mattresses were firm and supportive to the whole body which helped me sleep much better and I was able to enjoy Florence better. The Proprty and room is very cleaner and staff is very friendly. The breakfast was amazing and there was something for adults and kids alike. I really enjoyed eating all the different cheeses, and croissants they had in the breakfast. Only thing missing in the room was the iron which I am sure if we had asked they would make arrangements. Something you can ask before making reservation with them, so you are prepared."
