“This is an excellent motel. It's not luxurious, but it's clean and has all the basic amenities, including a good fridge. Our room had a pull-out couch as well as the bed. Straight-ahead no-nonsense accommodation. Owners and workers are friendly. It's our go-to accommodation when we're in the area.”

I would put this at a 2 star, which is generous. The pool is out of order and has apparently been like that for over a year. The air conditioner doesn't work in your room and you need to go down to the lobby to get them to 'unlock your thermostat', which seems like a redundancy put in place so they can save...
