"We had a great stay at the Metcalfe Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and soft with really nice linens and comforter. The feathered pillows were not comfortable and didn't smell great. I would bring my own pillow the next time. I was also VERY disappointed that the website pictures show a pool which was the main reason I booked here. They DO NOT have a pool which is false advertising and misleading. They MUST update their website pictures...! Having said that overall this was a really nice place to stay and the location is great for all the sites, restaurants, coffee shops and transit."
