Hello Thank you for your review. We are a little shocked by your comments. I guess that decorations are subject to one's tastes .. but you saw the photos before booking so needless to say, you booked it anyway. We've never had anyone complain about the pull out sofa. Had this been an issue, we figure you would have let us know immediately and we would have told you there was an extra bed in the hallway closet that you could have used. Our listing is quite accurate with regards to where we are located. 10 minute walk or a short shuttle ride.

We're really disappointed to hear about your experience. Obviously our housekeeping team dropped the ball and tried to rush to get the condo ready. Our aim is to always make sure that our condos are clean and ready for the next guests. We hope that your stay was pleasurable nonetheless.
