The hotel was close to transport links, and the hotel itself was quite nice, most of the staff were lovely however some came across as quite blunt, and uninterested, compared to treatment we saw with those from Italy. The dinner food at the hotel was disappointing however the breakfasts were lovely and the wine was amazing. Our hotel room was nice however the extractor fan didn’t work in the bathroom, and the door of the bathroom had a broken latch meaning individual privacy was a bit of an issue

The location is terrible far from the train station which ran every hour to Como or Milan You need a car to stay here Thankfully there is a shopping centre near by walking distance We had to Cut our time in Como as the hotel was not at all convenient and quite deceiving on the map how far it is from any thing

Very clean and well decorated hotel with a great restaurant. The only downside is that the air conditioning would not turn down any lower than 19 degrees which was too warm for the night

Great place to stay overnight near Como while travelling from northwest Europe to central Italy. The private garage under the room is an excellent facility that offers more security and peace of mind when your car is packed for a holiday. The hotel accepts dogs, which is a must for us, and the additional cleaning fee (5 Euros for small dogs, 10 Euros for large dogs) is very reasonable. Thanks! One suggestion for improvement: tea and coffee-making facilities (eg. kettle and/or coffee machine) in the room would be a welcome addition. This was our second stay in this hotel and we will certainly use it again. Highly recommended.

Solid choice for a Como-area road trip – 4/5

The hotel is about 15 minutes from Como by car, in an industrial area—not charming, but very accessible and practical if you're driving. There’s free parking, and some shopping centres nearby (though not walkable). The value for money is excellent. Rooms are spacious, the bed a bit soft, and the bathroom basic (limited amenities, no overhead shower), but everything was clean and functional. Breakfast was correct—simple but fine. The staff at reception were great—friendly and helpful. I arrived without a plan for Como, and they gave me clear, useful advice. As a tip: despite common advice, I explored Lake Como by car and it worked really well. On a weekday morning I drove to Bellagio in about an hour, stopped in small towns like Nesso and Torno, parked without issue, and even took the ferry to Varenna. Much more flexible than relying on public transport, and the road was far less dramatic than expected. A great option if you're travelling by car.

Nice, new and big enough room and bathroom. Decent gym but can get busy first thing in the morning. Good breakfast buffet, same things day after day, but any options. Would have loved to be able to use the towel warmer (I always do hand wash and use this as a "dryer") but it wasn't on as the heating was not on - quite a disappoinment as I chose this hotel partly for this. Fast check in/out, nice staff all around

Spacious, Clean and Quiet

The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom Two things that could be improved: 1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower.
