I didn’t like the small unlit sign at the road, the dirty driveway is in poor conditions, no visibility on top of the hill plus big potholes, the property sits at a steep angle to the ocean requiring big steps stairs to access the room or the pool. "

"the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence "
"Everything was perfect! Lis and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They treated me like family ❤️ The breakfast was amazing! The views from the rooms and the balconies were amazing even during the rain. The rooms were very clean and tidy. I highly recommend staying there! I will be back many times!! ❤️"
"The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they haven’t been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable. "

Chegamos às 17:30h e o quarto não estava liberado, apesar da pousada estar vazia.
Qdo retornamos do evento, não tinha água para tomar banho. Depois de muita insistência, o vigia nos liberou um outro quarto, que também estava em péssimas condições! Equipamentos velhos e quebrados, ligados por uma gambiarra, muito mofo e umidade, colchões desconfortáveis, etc…
A piscina estava imunda! Sem condições de uso.

"The location is fabulous. Directly on the main strip in front of the sea. Staff was helpful. After checking in the AC wouldn't turn on. Fixed that.. 2 hrs later it was still hot so a technician came and we went to dinner. Upon return at 1 am, it was cooler but not cold. So i let them know in the morning before heading out. When returned in the evening it was much cooler. The shower was not very clean..it had old stains. It was also very finicky.. usually scalding hot. I was on the 2nd floor......
"A Ilha Grande sofre com quedas constantes de energia. Todos os hotéis em que fiquei havia gerador para suprir banho quente, conectividade e o básico para os hóspedes, mas a pousada Cruzoé não tem gerador. Tive que tomar banho frio em 2 das 3 noites que fiquei na pousada.
O café da manhã é bem simples. Simples demais para uma diária de 500 reais! Poucas opções de frios e bolos, ovos mexidos frios e salsicha barata. O pão francês parecia caseiro e estava bom. Já o suco era um horror. Não parecia...
