“The hotel was truly amazing. The location was perfect right in the middle of old town next to restaurants and a 5 min walk from the river front. The patio area was nestled in the middle of the hotel and felt like a breath of fresh air. The service was great they were extremely attentive. I also sprained my ankle and asked for some ice they had someone bring it in mins in a sealed bag so I can ice my ankle truly great hotel”

“The location of the hotel was great for walking around but not easy to access via car. The breakfast seemed like a standard among all the hotels we stayed at in Portugal. Our first room has a broken shower that would flood the bathroom. We were able to switch rooms after a few days into a room that had another broken shower. Disappointing. The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. Definitely not orthopedic.”

“Rather confusing Instructions about the apartment and how to gain entry. Address provided on Expedia is different from one where need go to sign in, pay City Tax and collect access code. Breakfast item requires a good 1km walk to other location to get. Need be more upfront and clear about these.”

“Really awful management, had to cancel our stay due to a medical emergency. Had asked management for a letter of cancellation or no show for my insurance policy and they’ve ignored all requests and have refused to provide evidence which means we can’t even go through the travel insurance to get some of the money back. Really disgraceful service and would advise to stay away from booking with such an awful company due to the lack of general help.”
