Hello Gwen, Thank you for your review I am sorry that I was not able to make your stay here a memorable one. Due to the pandemic we do not offer our regular amenities such as the restaurant opening 24hrs however we do offer our guests free Jamaican breakfast as well as places they can either dine or do curb side pickup. In regards to the pool at the time of your stay we were having some issues beyond our control and we have gotten that resolved and we are glad to say that the pool is fully functional now.

I am sorry that your stay here was not to your expectation and at the time of your checking in was when we had encounter water issues. I hope in the near future you may visit again so that we can make your stay more welcoming.
