“The location was fantastic and the property was clean. The spa was nice, but the hot tub did not get very hot, which was disappointing. Our friends room (same hotel) smelled like cigarette smoke. We did not find the front desk staff very helpful.”

“The room was clean, close to the train station, and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our short stay and would visit again!”

“Great location,clean/secure room and the staff was very helpful.”

“Ubicación muy tranquila. Buen desayuno.

“Liked the location in terms of proximity to things I wanted to see, but I had no idea how loud this area is. All night there were sirens, honking, people yelling, and loud cars and motorcyles, making it hard to sleep. The windows are not sound-proofed. Also, as some other travelers noted, there are 10-12 steps from the entrance door up to the elevator, so it is not great for people with heavy luggage or older people. Plus on the day I left the elevator stopped working, so I had to get down three...

“Staffs are friendly but they won’t be at desk all times, no problem communicating with them through WhatsApp when needed. Free breakfast are great. Very quiet. Rooms are spacious And location is great , pretty much middle of the city and within 15-20 mins for walking to attractions”
