This was a great stay! The room was massive and the service was great. They were super responsive via message and the breakfasts were great (especially the cappuccino they would make us every morning)! Excellent location, secure, would stay again.

The AC worked great. Spacious. Excellent location. There is a taxi stand like 1/2 block from here that is well staffed and so important to have convenient access to. Well secured and has an elevator/lift. Small amenities in the room made it extra welcoming. Had mini-fridge. Front desk staff was there from like 8am-3pm and she was helpful. Property was very responsive. Would stay again.

This hotel was Fabulous! Quiet, clean, well decorated, safe location. The staff is super helpful and genuinely just very pleasant and nice! Deborah was super helpful with a map of local sites and places to eat. Taxis, subway and many eateries are all within walking distance.Many sites o see are just 10 minutes walk away from this lovely place! This is truly a gem and will definitely return to this hotel!

Arrived at the hotel a little bit after 9am. No problem checking in as reception is open from 8am or 9am until 1pm. The owner was present that morning and was kind enough to allow us to check -in earlier. The room was not what I booked but it was okay except for the “STRONG” sewer smell that reeked my entire stay I just had to open the windows and keep the bathroom door close. The bed wasn’t comfortable and my partner felt like the bedding wasn’t clean (it was). However, the location of the room was in a exceptional well area and close to the main attractions in walking distance such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon & short distance with taking a Uber to the Colosseum. The restaurants and shops were all in walking distance. Just for the record this is not your traditional hotel setting and make sure to bring a plug converter in case reception isn’t available. One weird thing was once I arrive back to the US. I received a message on Expedia indicating I still owed a city tax fee of $50 a day a $5 a person fee a day. The message came from staff asking how did I want to make the payment? Never paid as Expedia noted to never give credit card outside of Expedia. Be aware!
