Regarding the bugs in your room, the day when you reported it, we sprayed to whole room and clean it, and also gave you the same spray just in case. We did everything we could about it. About the location, as you writted yourself, it is convenient to use the ferry boat. We can understand that you did not like the location very much, but we try to inform our guests on sites and trough messages about our location. Also we did have some alternative offers for you, but you declained all of them. We really tried to make your stay as perfect as you imagined, and we are sorry that we not succeded.
