“Rooms looked out at broken hotel furniture and maintenance junk. We were not expecting a view but this was unacceptable to look at trash.. Ole restaurant is worst meal we have had on our trip. DO NOT eat there. It’s inedible. We left and went to grocery store for dinner. For such a “luxury” property they are missing some basics. Staff is helpful and pool and beach are great!”

“We loved our stay, this hotel was the best part of the trip. The standard king room was spacious, the bed was truly comfortable, requested the recovery pillow and slept so well for the first time in a while. The restaurant Siro table was a true gem, we had the best food of the trip from their restaurant, good variety, approachable prices. Lovely outdoor pool. The rooftop Siro social had a good DJ on Friday night. Overall a wonderful stay we would definitely return in future.”

“Unfortunately did not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel missed the mark on quite a few aspects: room cleaning seemed very hasty (full trash can was not emptied), the quality of the breakfast was on the lower side, and the view from the room was quite disappointing.”

“We booked this hotel specifically to enjoy spa and indoor pool as part of our short vacation. When arrived - pool was on maintenance and closed for all days of our vacation. Spa was fully booked. Rooms are clean and location is beautiful. Manager stopped communicating with us after few texts messages.”

“정말 최악이었습니다. 객실 가구들은 올드타운처럼 낡았고 청소상태는 서울시내 싸구려 모텔보다 더 더러웠습니다. 방이 너무 더러워서 4박을 예약했으나 1박만 투숙하고 환불받고 나왔습니다. 또한 근처 산위에 무슨 음식점? 같은게 있는데 밤 12시가 넘어가도록 앰프틀어놓고 노래를 부르는데... 진짜 너무 시끄러웠어요. 이곳이 진정 별4개짜리 리조트가 맞나 눈을 의심했습니다. 정말이지 이딴 거지같은 리조트를 1박에 30만원 이상씩 받는다는게 믿어지지가 않고 저희같은 피해자들이 나오지 않았으면 하는 마음에서 이 리뷰를 씁니다. 여긴 정말 개쓰레기리조트에요.”

My wife and 2 small children got left at the marina by boat ferry captain igor because he has a “schedule” even though he went back to the hotel and when he came back he said ok now you can go back to the hotel. Literally left woman and children standing there in the heat.
