A Warm Experience in the Heart of Winter… Bayview Hills Visiting Montenegro in March felt uncertain… but Bayview Hills made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the team made us forget the season completely. Nahed and Serhat welcomed us like old friends… always ready to guide us with genuine care. Mr. Yasin constantly checked in with a sincere smile… never out of duty, always from the heart. You could feel Mr. Gökhan’s thoughtful leadership in every detail. One small moment said everything… when our daughter didn’t eat much breakfast, a special cheese plate arrived at our door without us asking. That kindness meant more than words. Miss Zeynep’s daily visits brought both spotless cleanliness and a bright, uplifting energy… her smile truly changed the room. Even with some facilities closed, the view over the Bay of Tivat was more than enough… peaceful, quiet, unforgettable. Honestly… off-season is the best time to come. No crowds, just beauty and people who truly care. Thank you all… we will never forget it.

We had a fantastic stay at Bayview Hills in Montenegro. The apartment was modern, spacious, and really well equipped, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though we visited out of season, we were blown away by how beautiful the place was. The pool area is spotless with incredible panoramic views across the bay. We can only imagine how lively and vibrant it must be in summer. The kids absolutely loved the resident kittens that spend their days lounging around reception, a lovely touch that made the place feel even more welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and you can tell they take real pride in keeping the resort in top condition. We’re already planning to come back next year to experience it in season, especially the rooftop restaurant, which looks stunning. Highly recommend Bayview Hills for families or couples looking for a relaxing stay with unbeatable views.

What a place! All the staff were super welcoming and friendly and couldnt do enough for us. The views are epic, the rooms are modern and light and the balcony is the perfect place to chill. Genuinely loved our stay and rarelt say this, but will absolutely book again to return. Its a 9 min drive to kotor and a 7 min drive to tivat. Theres a bakery at the bottom of the windy road. Room facilities were oerfect wirh plenty of toiletries, tea/coffee supplies, washing/laundry supplies and plenty of blankets to stay warm when windy.

Great find!

Hotel staff were very helpful, particularly when we couldn’t find a space to park one night. Hotel is in a great location as long as you have a car, not walkable to Kotor and taxis are expensive. Great views over the bay and from the swimming pool too. We would stay here again.

Bayview Hill Nightmare Residence

No luxury! There is loud music (horrible techno remix of various one hit wonders) from 8-22 from the pool/restaurant area - which all rooms are facing. We spent 2,5 hours during check-in to find a room where you could at least hear your own thoughts. Rooms are definitely not soundproof as claimed. Which is also backed up by the constant barking of every single dog in the nearby villages all night and the planes taking off during the day. But at least you get a free wake up call from the rooster across the street. If that doesn’t wake you up, the constant 80’s robot sounds from the elevator will. There are no wine cork in the rooms, you have to ask for one and deliver it back immediately - that is of course if you are lucky enough to find anyone in the reception who can give you one. But you only have one wine glass anyways. No iron in the rooms, and it took them 29 hours to deliver one to me - I had to ask again for it. However, no iron board but that doesn’t really matter as the iron is leaking heavily and is practically unusable. Water temperature in the shower is impossible to control. You have to ask for cleaning, but when you do they don’t clean your room anyways. At least there is still a lot of dust from the construction in every corner as the only sign of this hotel only being three years old. Food from the “restaurant” is tasteless. But that’s okay, the amount of aggressive wasps will make you run anyways. There is in general signs of horrible craftsmanship.

Really lovely hotel. Pool and view worth the stay on it's own. Rooms are lovely air conditioned and the hotel taxi service to the old town Kotor and the cable car was incredibly helpful. The wasps around the pool were a bit of an irritant but that was the only negative during our stay

Very nice stay at this hotel near Tivat. Great view from the mountain and very friendly and helpful staff. + For the rooms which are cozy for 1-2 people. + Kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher is a great addition. - breakfast is expensive.

Nice for a short stay

Nice pool area and incredible staff! After some days on the road it was nice to have the possibility to do some laundry. The hotel is a little bit off, nothing really within walking distance. Hotel restaurant was nice but not too much to chose from. Not a problem for us since we only stayed for one night.

Beautiful property. Our room was huge, with a kitchen and washing machine. The patio was nice. The food at the restaurant was lovely and well priced for what you got. The people were very friendly and answered our many questions. The pool was beautiful. The only drawback was the distance from the city center but they offered rides for a fee (cheaper than taxis) and parking was free from what I understand.

Great place .

What a beautiful place . We loved it here and only wish we had booked a longer stay . It’s the perfect location in between the airport and Kotor old town. Public taxis are really cheap and the hotel can book them for you. The rooms are fabulous and the amenities are excellent . The staff we met were all wonderfully helpful. The pool is also very nice , as are the cocktails we tried sitting there . Highly recommended .

This hotel is up a hillside with the most spectacular views! The staff are incredibly welcoming and bend over backwards to help you. We loved their WhatsApp feature so you could easily message reception with any questions. The restaurant was nice by the pool, my only note was the menu for early afternoon was a better than dinner so it might be nice if they merged these. I will note the road up to the hotel is single track, dirt and easily missable so maps and sturdy transport are needed - this is not their fault though, it’s common across the country. The hotel does offer transfers though and we can safely say they are fabulous. For the facilities they are great. You had an oven, induction hob, washing machine and kettle. Outside of the room they have a sauna, gym and massage (sep) treatments. The pool is built nicely as its level all the way across so most adults could stand in it. Never any issues getting a sun-bed either regardless of time of day. Whether you want a few days to relax or go exploring we highly recommend it.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Pool ink. kostenlosen Strandtücher war super. Leider ist der Zustand des Hotels eine Zumutung. Es riecht nach Schimmel und es gibt viele Beschädigungen die nur notdürftig repariert wurden. Nachdem mein Bad geflutet wurde (Wasser aus der Decke) habe ich zwar ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, leider war das in einem wirklich schlechtem Zustand. Es roch stark nach Schimmel, Schimmel im Küchenschrank, sehr dreckig, defekte Dusche, defekte Klobrille usw. Beim checkout ist der Manager überhaupt nicht darauf eingegangen und hat meine Anmerkungen mit einem Schulterzucken abgetan.

Et veldig fint hotell med basseng og restaurant/bar. Dessverre er beliggenheten rundt 10 minutters kjøring fra byen, og det er veldig dumt. Men utsikten fra balkongen var fantastisk. Gode drinker i baren og god mat. Prisene var heller ikke ille.
