Lovely hotel. All staff were very helpful and they gave us tips on places to visit. Montenegro was beautiful and all local people we met were very positive and helpful. We had a fabulous time and can strongly recommend the hotel and the region.

The property is beautiful and very scenic. One drawback is the distance from Kotor which, if you are not driving, means you must cab down to town and back every time you go out. Another is the restaurant, which has a limited menu. Other than that, the property is exceptional and very quiet, perfect for families.

As a solo traveller , very comfortable I felt like Home stuff was great and any of my request was met. They come and clean on request , because is like a Litle apart they don’t want to bother you much ,Even is just on request the lady came and I just picked up some extra coffee no clean was needed, all staff from reception to bar to room cleaning all beautiful people I can’t recommend enough this place . Thank you to you all very much , you made my stay in Montenegro very comfortable👌👌👌👌

Excellent hotel and fantastic views. Staff were lovely and very helpful with all requests. Lovely atmosphere and great music playing during the day. Food is well cooked, great presentation and fantastic service. There was lots of parking available without additional fees. We really enjoyed the stay and were sad to have to leave Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay here. Checked in way earlier than when I was suppose to was very easy, couldn't have helped out enough with any requirements. Would strongly say go to closest voli which is 10 mins in car to get food for meals. Kitchen was great with cutlery and tableware provided Pool area is lovely, your away from distant traffic and watching planes land and take off is great watching from up in hills I can't wait to stay here again, really enjoyed my time here

Great hotel with the nicest staff. For the price the rooms were amazing, being quite large with their own kitchen. It is abit isolated so hard if you do not have transport but if you do it is perfect location. We went in the off season so the pool and kitchen were closed. Would def book again.

Room needed a lot of maintenance, Shower didn’t drain and floorboards were lifting, creating yellow water all over the room. Temperature of the shower was either boiling or freezing. Beds were tiny and very hard and uncomfortable. Pool area was nice and bar staff were lovely. Food wasn’t great. Parking was good outside hotel, and taxi’s were easy to get to and from hotel. A disappointing stay.

This is a great gem . I would suggest you need a car to get about but the hotel provided its own transport to local places for a good rate. The staff are exceptional. nothing is too much trouble . As VIP customers we had a great selection of food and chocolates plus a bottle of bubbly. We we would stay here again.

We stayed for 10 days here as a base to travel to other parts of the country and cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is absolutely perfect between Tivat and Kotor, there are so many accessible places which is perfect. Definitely a hotel that is suited to a car and there was always a parking space for us! From the reception staff, to the restaurant, and the cleaners - they all went above and beyond! One day I messaged them and within 4 minutes someone was knocking at our door with what we asked for, amazing service. The food at the restaurant was so good and at a such good price, and the staff were so friendly and always happy to help. The views from the hotel were beautiful and definitely a highlight of the place. The rooms got cleaned every day and having the kitchen was so handy. We had the best time ever, thank you so much for having us!

It was honestly a nice private stay, but unless you are getting a car you will have limited access getting around unless you pay for transfers from the stay, it is not close to Kotor (it’s on the other side of the mountain). If you didn’t already know the area well, you wouldn’t truly know what you’re getting into. The staff were very nice, amenities could be upgraded (such as the gym which was bare minimum and appeared quite old). I personally disliked that they allowed small children to scream all day without leaving warnings with the parents - this is something that bothered all other guests around the pool when we talked. It truly is like a classic apartment complex in that sense, you didn’t really feel like you were in a resort or anything just like an apartment complex with a restaurant. Food at the restaurant was subpar - i found that the eggs were always soaked in butter and oil and hard to eat at times, the yogurt bowl was good. The price matches what you get!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bayview Hills. From the moment we.arrived, everything felt welcoming, peaceful, and well taken care of. The environment is beautiful, clean, and the apartment is perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special mention goes to Sarhat, who truly made our experience exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Sarhat went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and smooth throughout our stay. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I genuinely cannot understand how this property has positive reviews. The photos and description are completely misleading. The level of cleanliness was shocking. The towels had stains, the pillows had stains, and the overall condition of the room made me uncomfortable the moment I walked in. It felt less like a hotel and more like a neglected hostel. I wanted to leave immediately upon arrival, but unfortunately there were no suitable alternatives nearby. I left the next morning at 7:00 AM and gladly forfeited the rest of my stay. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were friendly and professional. They were doing their best, but they cannot compensate for a property that is in such poor condition. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. If cleanliness is important to you, avoid this hotel. I would rate it 0 out of 10. I am honestly amazed that Expedia continues to promote this property as a VIP hotel.

Great room with fantastic view. Service at the desk and in the bar was consistently excellent and friendly. Out aways from Kotor in the hills but a fairly quick cab ride.
