“Great place”

“What a fantastic hotel! The pools, the beach, the service, all fantastic and only 20 mins from the old town (€20 in a taxi, or €2 on the bus). We will definitely be returning.”

“Stay away. The hotel’s public areas, beach and pools are nice, but the rooms and service are nowhere near 5-star standard. In many places this would be a 3-star, or a weak 4-star at best; helped only by location and beach facilities. For the price, especially compared with other much nicer properties we stayed at in Montenegro, it was very poor in quality. Upon arrival, security in the garage were very blunt demanding parking payment; though it's listed as €15/day, we paid €20/day. To reach...

“The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea.”

“The air conditioning didn’t really work in the room. Despite setting it to a low temperature, the room was very hot all night resulting in a poor sleep. Also, we found a pair of underwear from the previous guests in the bathroom which was a shock.”

“Never responded to a shuttle request. So I had to rent a car. An added expense. They need someone to responded to multiple requests and messages to the client or Expedia. Breakfast was terrible. Left and not coming back! Stay away , stay Tivat , better hotels.”

“Our room was in an annex building which meant that it was a couple of Blocks down the road away from the main hotel and restaurant. The good Part is that the pool was above our annex.”

Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general.
