“Absolutely beautiful and chic hotel, my only complaint is that the breakfast bowls are ridiculously small.”

“Our room was very nice but was advertised as having a private pool . We didn’t realise that we had to share with 8 more rooms . Made worse by neighbours swimming up and standing in pool about 6 feet away from us , trying to have a private drink and chat , shouting at each other . Not exactly private in my opinion. “Thé view in the backside of the hotel was spectacular however the overall management of the property was poor. While it’s clear construction is going on throughout the area, there were several broken pool chairs, the boards around the pool were loose or coming up, there was trash that was never picked up, rooms poorly cleaned and attention to details was lacking.”

“The rooms are lovely and the hotel is very nice. The app needs a lot of work as it never works , customer service from the staff could also be improved. It was not 5 star quality of service , many times we were ignored as staff were talking to each other or on there phones”

“You cannot drive to this property! Call them and they will pick up at the gate. This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. The staff is excellent and the rooms are very beautiful.”

“Beautiful property with great water access and a great breakfast. Just fad enough from Kotor to avoid the cruise ship crowds. A couple of suggestions: 1. Get a shuttle that goes to Kotor every hour. 2. Clears the cars the upstairs taxi pick- up area.”

“I booked three nights. It was very hot ac did not work and the jacuzzi was broken went down to complain and thr front desk girl was extremely rude. I called expedia to complain and get a refund and expedia could not reach them so they asked me to put thr front desk on the phone. I went to her and she was eating an ice cream and i told her expedia wants to talk to the front desk , she said she is not available. I will never ever recommend anyone this place ..”

“Hotel is 10/10, that is without a doubt. If you like to do activities outside of the resort, there isn’t anything. It’s a quiet village. This place is truly meant for rest and relaxation. Please be careful how you book your room on Expedia. I booked a room with a sea view and was provided a room with 4 walls. It was hours of going back and forth with management. I was mansplained, repeatedly told I did not book the right room and that I would have to pay extra for the upgrade. Expedia was...
