Great hotel for business stays. The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. Next door you have a brand new building going up with many dining options. Check out La Nacional, La Escondida and Papalote. B

I believe the hotel needs renovation. The heater in the lobby area was not working and was very cold, the pillows were a little too hard, and the room was really noisy.

Hard work to get hot showers, changed rooms but no better. WiFi very patchy and poor reception. Breakfast buffet was of a low standard. Swimming pool still out of action 3 weeks after due to be fixed. Bed in bedroom was comfortable. Room was a little noisey.

Yo me aloje a traves de EXPEDIA, y por el convenio que tienen entre la PROPIEDAD y EXPEDIA, no se quisieron hacer responsables de FACTURAR mi alojamiento. La PROPIEDAD dijo que factura directamente a EXPEDIA y EXPEDIA dijo que es una empresa de estados unidos y no puede facturar, solo entregar recibo. Y que lo dicen sus letras chiquita, TERRIBLE RESPUESTA O SOLUCION. NO VOLVERE A USAR EXPEDIA O ALOJARME EN COURTYARD

Bien cuando llegue, peor en la habitación se le zafó la tapa al AC, luego no hubo agua caliente mi hija se tuvo que bañar con agua fría . Se ve viejo en general el hotel.

Terrible experiencia. No sé hospeden aquí

El hotel está viejo, feo y muy descuidado. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño, pero con alfombra vieja, fea y sucia, el agua de la regadera nunca se calienta y sale con muy poca presión. El restaurante tiene un menú sumamente limitado y el bar, ni se digaz es una vergüenza, tienen 3 botellas de lo más corrientes. La alberca está en mantenimiento sin agua por lo cual es imposible usarla y el supuesto gimnasio es un cuarto de 2 x 2 con 3 caminadoras y algunas mancuernas. Deberían de cerrar ese hotel, es una pena la verdad

Cómodo y bien ubicado.

Era un viaje por trabajo y resultó muy cómodo y bien ubicado, con buena conectividad. El internet muy bueno y el servicio excelente. El desayuno muy sabroso, vale la pena.
