AFTERNOON STAFF VERY RUDE, I UNDERSTAND THE POLICY ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE ROOM, BUT THEY COULD NOT MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR A 6-MONTH-OLD BABY EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT REFUSE TO PAY AN EXTRA COST. THEREFORE, I HAD TO RENT AN EXTRA ROOM. THE ROOMS SMELL OF MOISTURE AND THE FRONT DOORS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING, NOT TO MENTION THAT THE PARKING LOT IS FULL OF RATS.

Creo yo que podrían mejorar,el aire acondicionado está mal orientado,ya que en el cuarto que nos tocó 402,el aire acondicionado que era leve ,se sentía lejos de las camas y pues las personas que no somos de lugares tan cálidos como Monterrey,nos cuesta trabajo dormir con tanto calor y si dejaba la ventana abierta entraban mucho los moscos,además debo mencionar que al prender el aire en el baño tenía un sonido constante que no era nada grato ,ojalá y puedan remediarlo para sus próximos huéspedes.
