No public ice maker. Evening check in agent stated that he would have to "go get some". He didn't seem very friendly and I don't know if I would have had him touch my trash bags much less handle ice for me. Asking about it the next morning the checkout person said "oh, the owner says she's working on it". Breakfast was dismal at best with juice being scarce and eggs/sausage/potatoes not re-filled for a room that wasn't exactly busy. The bathroom on these "recently remodeled" units had a 1/2" gap between the tub and the tile as well as having cracked tiles, a door that swung in to the tub and bunched up the floor towel. The A/C in the room didn't keep up at all, especially when the outside temp wasn't ricidulously hot.
Definitely a 1 out of 10 considering that the rate was jacked up because of a weekend event. Usually prices get raised because you have something to offer, not just because "you're there".
