โIt was a satisfiable hotel. But we felt uncomfortable with the hotel front staff because he spoke very fast even though he knew that we were foreigners and not perfect in listening to English. (I never felt this when I checked in other hotels in the United States.)โ
โThe staff were pleasant and attentive. Kudos to the Valet attendants as they were always on time and on point during the entire stay. Will definitely be returning! โ
โTHIS is a guilty pleasure. Love the location and isolation of this property. They have a couple dining options and great room service.
Most importantly, theyโre pet friendly and my โboysโ, Louie and Logan are treated like rock stars.
Great walking grounds, and the rooms are fabulous where you just want to stay in and relax. โ
โWhen we walk in Sean welcomed us, introduced himself, shook our hands and told us how much he appreciated us staying there. The room was clean and comfortable. We were staying one night and traveling down further in Virginia, that evening we couldnโt find a decent hotel so we drove 60 miles back to stay another night. All of the staff was very friendly. If I go back to Virginia I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Sean for your great costumer service!โ
โI happen to hit it on a very busy end of week where they were doing huge amounts of maintenance ....washing huge amounts of windowsโฆ Sitting at the pool was excruciating in that the machines that were washing the windows and workers were so loud. That was very disappointing and I thought the pool area looked a little downtrodden...The rest of the hotel was lovely. People were very accommodating. โ
