"Dans cette annonce le propriétaire n'avait pas précisé sur le site hotel.com que sa fameuse cabane de 4 chambres était en quelques sorte une "colocation" avec d'autres individus. Dans ses conditions JAMAIS je n'aurais pris cette hébergement. Une fois sur place c'est ainsi que le l'ai appris et donc obliger à 21h30 de me rabattre sur une autre chambré d'hôtel dans les environs. sur les photos le logement à l'air bien mais, avoir en partage le salon la cuisine et le manque d'intimité des...

"Lovely hotel in a great location, right next to the Cité du Vin. The gym and pool were excellent, and the top-floor restaurant was a real highlight, well worth it for the views alone. Getting around is easy: the tram stop is a 7-minute walk and you're in the city centre within 10 minutes, with a handy food court right next door for casual evenings. A great stay all round, we'd happily return."

"Close to Tram B stop & Cité du Vin. Reception staff very kind. The room was very clean & comfortable. Kitchenette well furnished. Lighting good, including bathroom. Roomy closet. Many receptacles for plugging in cords. Breakfast options very good. Wish I had been told at check-in there were OUTSIDE shades to block the streetlights at night (& sun at times during the day) because curtains are partially sheer. I didn’t know until I saw the outer blinds from the outside of the building when I was waiting outside the hotel for my Uber to the airport on a morning the sun was shining on the front of the building & some people had them down. I never saw a control for this inside of my room. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, although taxis are not permitted to stop directly outside the property, requiring about a three-minute walk to the designated pick-up and drop-off point. The hotel was very clean and, although the fridge in my room did not work, the staff replaced it promptly. The air con was excellent and kept the room very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, including storing my luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was definitely on the small side, and the hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast or many other amenities. Overall, it was a clean, well-managed hotel in a convenient location, and I would happily stay there again."

"Outstanding luxury property in the heart of Bordeaux, right in front of the Opera House! I regularly stay in IHG properties, and these folks truly know what excellence in customer service means! Every one else should learn from them. Got an upgrade to a premium suite (thank you!), and the entire staff, amenities, bar, breakfast options were amazing! Can't appreciate the staff more than this! Will definitely recommend for a truly comfortable and luxurious stay!"
