Beautiful unique experience in the heart of old Montreal. A stay that we will never forget. Pay attention to the signs located near the garbage chute…. a wonderful surprise awaits those who are observant and curious. Highly recommend this location!
We stay at room 304 in Old Montreal while visiting Canada from P.R. Our kids love the place. The property is located in the center of the Old City (155 Rue St. Paul), next to coffee shops, stores, and a restaurant.
Also, the staff (Peter Forbes) was very responsive to all our questions.
Definitely, Air Stay was a great place to spend our christmas vacation.
The apartment is nestled in a lovely area of old Montreal close to restaurants, shops and clubs. It has charm and is all the essentials.
The loft bed is not for the faint of heart (or very young), but our older children managed the ladder just fine.
The staff was super attentive and helpful in early check in and more.
We will definitely be checking out their other properties for future trips.
Lovely property in a very convenient location. It can get very loud as it is right on the street with bars and restaurants below. Host was kind enough to provide ear plugs which was a good thought. Expedia itself was not helpful - did not get the messages from the host and Expedia did not have any record in the system. I finally found a direct email for the host company and contacted them directly to get details of check in, etc. Expedia accepted my payment, but the reservation number was not in the system. And it's impossible to talk to a live human being there.
The Location for our stay was perfect. Right in the heart of Old Montreal. everywhere we wanted to go was no more then 10 minutes away. The suite was perfect for us. The kitchenette was exactly what we were looking for and the nice high ceilings and sitting area were so comfortable. some other reviews mention the night life sounds outside the room. i found that not a problem. but thats just me.
Dead smack in Old Port. Very loud on weekends so bring the earplugs if you’re not staying out late. Not large by any means but decently well appointed. Incredibly convenient and served us well for our F1 weekend.
There was a mixup with us checking into our room. They did not give us the room that we paid for. I walked in on somebody in her room that was supposed to be my room. They messaged me after I got there saying I was supposed to be 201 but I have confirmation email saying my room was 202 other than that the place was great. Location was excellent and it was a clean room.
Definitely make sure you bring yourself more towels. They only give you one per person. So if you’re gonna be there for multiple days, I suggest bringing in a towel or two of your own.
Would not recommend if you want to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The location was great but very noisy and the room could use some repairs. There were cracks in the windows, the curtains didn’t cover the whole window so the privacy wasn’t there and the outside lights would shine right in your eyes. Our room was over a bar and even though they supplied ear plugs it was very noisy all night from people yelling on the street. The tap in the bathroom was loose and we were nervous it was going to break, the towels were so old and frayed that it felt like drying off with sandpaper. There were only two towels for our three night stay and we asked for more towels but since no staff on site none were given.
