There was very neat, clean, and pleasant to stay here. While the breakfast was standard, it was still delicious. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I really liked this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Hotel Brossard. The gated parking made us feel comfortable and secure, and everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. Filip and another front-desk staff member were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all our questions. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again!

Great stay! Property was clean, quiet and we had a great stay. Pool got closed on the second day we were there because of technical issues which was a bummer but overall had a great stay.

Not a bad hotel. The staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean but ours was musty when we walked in. Almost a little too humid. Plus was that the room had a nespresso machine so I can have my morning espresso.

Wonderful clean place to stay. I wanted to be out of the Montreal core without being too far away so we could day trip in and boy did I pick the perfect spot. Safe, clean and well appointed. The pool was great, kids loved it. The rooms themselves were cozy, air conditioner worked great and the beds were comfy. We stayed for 4 nights. If I was staying longer I would get sick of the breakfast as it’s not a huge selection but for a few nights it suffices with a mix of some fresh fruit, cold and hot options. Only 2 suggestions for breakfast, one would be either more toasters or newer toasters as the ones currently are very slow and 2 a hot oatmeal option. All the fixings for a great bowl of oatmeal but no hot oatmeal made. Thanks again Brossard for a lovely stay!

The rooms were pretty clean. Staff were nice, we had to pay extra for parking. Do not get fooled by advertisement, they will charge extra for parkin .$10 a nigjt for parking.

We had an enjoyable stay at this wonderful property. Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay and they handled it well. We really liked the gated parking. Room was spacious, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good value - lots of choices. Also, very easy to get to and lots of shopping and eating establishments close by. Upon checking, the front staff told us wrong information about access to the room from the parking lot, in which the staff later apologized for the misinformation and offered two water bottles. The fridge and the shower tub were not super clean on the first day. During breakfast, access to the microwave for making oatmeal was not convenient. Other staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it is not worth the amount of money spent for four nights.
