Everything was very pleasant. Valet and parking upon arrival could certainly be improved but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Health club and spa was very clean and pleasant but only a 4-6 person hot tub for 900+ room hotel doesn’t equate. Great spot though 👍

Great family hotel

The kids stayed here for a weekend and it did not dissapoint. They said it was clean, plenty of towels (they loved the robes), conveniently located and best of all they felt safe.

The room was nice but it was on the small side considering the cost. The bathroom was very small and you couldn't open the shower door if someone was standing in front of the sink. We could not find the switch for the bathroom fan and so the bathroom smelled funny when we first entered the room. There was also a strange small when we entered the room that was distinct from the hallway. I think it must have been the cleaning staff using air freshener to mask an odor.. the bed was comfortable and the view was great. We went to the nacarat bar and had a nice evening there. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Our room was cute and comfortable, they upgraded us to a city view, thankyou!!! We got breakfast in bed our last morning and it was perfection. Quickest roomservice i have ever ordered and came to us so hot still! Staff all made us feel at ease and taken care of. Skwanky experience and excellent location!
