완전 엔티크 호텔
엔티크를 좋아하시는 분은 추천합니다 가구등도 전부 엔틱으로 잘 되었어요. 조식에 나오는 빵도 미국과는 차원이 다르게 맛있어서 놀랬습니다. 단점으로는 객실이 너무 좁고 제가 묵었을때 침구류에 먼지가 너무 많았습니다. 그리고 여성분은 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐이 무겁다면 3층까지 들고 올라가기는 어렵지 않나 싶어요 매월 몬트리올에 오는데 다시또 묵을지말지는고민이 되네요

좋아영 이쁩니다! 사장님도 너무 친절하시고 설명도 잘 해주셔요 ㅠㅠ 주변에 어디 볼 곳 있고 얼마나 걸리고 지도 보면서 설명해주셨었어요! 사진처럼 방도 이쁘고 계단도 이쁘고 호텔 리셉션방도 이쁘고 이쁩니당 ㅠㅠ 조식을 못 먹고 나와서 아쉽지만 아침에 떠날려고 나왔을때 크루와상 주셔서 잘 먹었습니당! 아침 뱅기라 짧은 시간 있었지만 엄청 만족했습니다 ㅠㅠ

고객에게 최선을 다하는 호텔
호텔에 리프트가 없어 무거운 가방을 들고 계단을 오르내려야 하는 단점이 있지만, 모든 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 조식 시간 전에 체크아웃을 하고 공항에 가야했는데 식사를 할 수 있도록 배려해 주었습니다. 공항에 도착했을 때 일행 중 한명이 호텔에 가방을 두고 온 것을 알게 되어 급하게 호텔에 전화했습니다. 전화 받은 직원이 침착하고 차분하게 응대하시며 직덥 택시를 불러 가방을 보내주었습니다. 이렇게 고객에게 최선을 다하는 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

The building was beautifull inside and out. The room was small but very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunatly there are too many stairs! For seniors or clients with mobility issues this is not a good choice. There are quite a few stairs just to get to the front door, lugging a suitcase. My room was on the third floor (It was what I booked because it was the best price) and although the staff helped with my luggage I still had to stop several times going up after a long day of traveling. I was not there long enough to scout out the area but it seemed fine. If I stayed again I would have to pay the extra for a first floor room but would still have to climb the stairs to the front door. PFR

Thank you Peter for visiting us. Unfortunately, since our hotel is located in a historical building dating from 1862, we cannot build an elevator. However, as you mentioned, our staff is always ready to help our guests with their bags. We also have rooms on the ground floor of our hotel. If you contact us in advance for your next reservation, we will try to help you with this. There are not many stairs to enter our hotel. Just a few entrance steps, like in every building. This place is fantastic. The staff have to be the best I've ever seen!!! The hotel it's self was so interesting. One evening before dinner I sat in the lounge and read with some wine. Perfect place.

One of best decision to book this hotel. Amazing welcoming and helpful staff, hassle free check In, I requested for early check In ( depends if your booked room is available ) and I got it. Breakfast was super delicious. Hotel is perfect spot to stay. With 5-10 min walk you can explore clubs, pubs, shopping, cafe’s. Absolutely going to back to this place soon. Wonderful place to stay in Montreal
Fantastic small hotel, the idea has been to linked two victorian houses together and renovate it as a Hotel by keeping the architectural features of the time which gives it a warm atmosphere. Montreal has destroyed most of its architectural patrimony on Sherbrooke Street by lack of vision and it is super nice to see this and to be able to experience it as well. The room was super comfortable and the breakfast was well provided and nice. I had a Deluxe room, so I don't know about the other rooms in the hotel, but everything was excellent and the viewpoint on the city was nice. For light sleeper you just put earplugs if you are sensitive to road noise and you'll sleep super well, pillows are comfortable (feather) and mattress as well. I slept super well and I am a light sleeper. The manager, Carole is very welcoming and has allowed me to use the lounge until 15:30 while waiting for friends to bring me to their place. Wonderful hotel and it will certainly not be my last visit. For sure I'll stay here next time I need to pass by Montreal.

The entire staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, clean and well cared for. The rates were very reasonable given the quality of the 1870's building. We were shown our room and given a tour of the sitting room and breakfast area. Nearest parking garage was a few blocks away but it was clean and safe.

Cozy Stay in Montréal!
We had a wonderful time at Hotel Manoir Sherbrooke. We were immediately greeted with amazing hospitality from everyone on the staff team, followed up each morning during breakfast. Despite the rainy and snowy weather, the common areas were kept very clean and the dining area served as a cozy hangout area during the evening. Our room was a bit small, only having one chair, but that could just be the type of the room we booked. The Victorian style interiors were a bit intimidating from the photos, but the room turned out to be fine. The washroom was very large and the room was kept very clean before and during our stay.
