Our corporate deal hotel was full so I had to find an alternative on short notice. Ended up at this hotel and Honestly I thought it was gonna be a complete dump. I was 100 percent wrong. My room was clean, staff was great, restaurant was delicious and the location was perfect for what I had to do that week. All this for a fraction of the price we usually pay elsewhere I highly recommend this hotel

The biggest horror show I ever experienced. People smoking drugs in the parking lot in front of reception, random people in various states of undress hanging out in the lobby leering at others. Walked down the corridor to my room and met with a person who resembled a zombie stumbling down the hall and would not move for me. Got to my room and was met with the smell of death. The bed had stains on it, the floor had not been swept. Went to the bathroom to see the shower wet and mouldy. Towels folded like they had just been used. Mould everywhere. No real lock on the door. Decided I could not stay there. I was terrified. When I walked back to reception one of the rooms had birds in it that were screaming. Heart pounding I went to réception to tell her I could not stay here. Her expression never changed, never asked me what was wrong or what she could do just simply said « ok » and check me out. Obviously not surprised by my terror. Please don’t ever go here. It’s worse than the Bates hotel. And they refuse to refund me as well

We booked it because it was close to the venue which was hosting my friend's daughter's wedding. The stay was okay. The breakfast was superb and delicious. I would go back really for the food.

The room was spacious, appeared clean, and had comfortable beds. However, several issues negatively affected our stay. The TV offered only local channels in French, with no smart TV features, which felt outdated. Breakfast wasn't included, although the hotel restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. At the bar, there was no drink menu, and surprisingly, the bartender couldn't even provide approximate cocktail prices. Our biggest concern was the cleanliness of the common areas. The hallway had a strong, unpleasant smell of old cooking grease mixed with spices and onions. Even worse, the ice machine room smelled like garbage that had been sitting there for days. It was disgusting and raised concerns about housekeeping standards. Maintenance was another disappointment. On our first day, the mini-fridge was leaking water. When we contacted the front desk, we were simply told that the maintenance staff had already left for the day, with no alternative solution offered. A hotel should have a process to address these issues outside regular working hours. Overall, while the room was comfortable, the poor cleanliness of the common areas and lack of maintenance support significantly affected our experience. These are basic hospitality standards that need improvement.

Staff is dismissive and the rooms are nasty. Floors are coming apart. Fridge wasn't working and the freezer was leaking. What's the point of a kitchenette when there is nothing in the kitchen? No pots plates cups or anything. The stove is also induction only so you need specific cookware to even use it. The shower curtain rod is installed halfway over the tub so the curtain is literally touching you while you shower. Like why? They consider 10 days a long stay so we were told cleaning would only be done once during our entire stay. The most frustrating part was that the reservation was non-refundable. If I had the option to cancel after seeing the room I would have changed hotels immediately. The room was not what I expected based on how this place is advertised and I would not stay here again.

Property was OK, a little tired but staff was very nice, comfy beds, brutal pillows though (too big and bulky)...glad I brought my own...lol. Through no fault of the hotel we were just too far away from things we wanted see and do in Montreal. But that was on me...would definately consider this hotel for future bookings! First day I entered that hotel and I went bed and trying to sleep but someone banged everywhere I can’t sleeping anymore. I thought they should be paying me half price. But it didn’t happened. Next time I would never come back again.

Enjoyed my stay. Very friendly and professional staff. A very clean and comfy room with a terrific bed and sheets. Air conditioning was very terrific too. Very spacious and beautiful room. A terrific restaurant in the hotel with delicious food and a large selection. The coffee in the room was delicious too. It is located in a very beautiful cool diverse area and neighbourhood.
