This Hyatt was a great stay, the room was super clean and updated, size of the room was great. The lobby and main level of the hotel was also perfect for getting away to chat on the phone and not bother my brother in the room! Lots of seating and space to hangout. Also while we were there the Vancouver Whitecaps were staying there as well! haha :)

The hotel is nice and well-located. It's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. We got there during October Fest where half of the hotel was turned into a college dorm. It was really noisy and the elevators were a nightmare to take. After their departure, we got a baby crying non-stop during the night as neighbors. We slept awfully those nights.

Overall we are pleased of our stay at this hotel. We were on floor 26, which was very quiet despite the hotel being very busy during the long week-end. However, we ended up waiting 15 minutes for an elevator to bring us down on Saturday before dinner. At the same time the line up in the lobby to get into the elevator was unbeleably long - never seen this at other hotels. The neighbourhood around this hotel is of limited interest with many homeless people hanging around.
