It was smaller than i was expecting, and i didnt realize there was no tv... but its in a good social area and its clean and compact. For one person is better than 2, but im 6'1 250😁... the street is live and good eats around

There was bugs in the bed and I contacted the property about getting the sheets changed and it took them 3 days to finally get them changed after calling them four times. I ended up having to find someone in person to actually get it changed and even then it took them nearly an hour just to change them while they stood in my room and talked to each other. The location is very nice, several restaurants and bars nearby and very close to the bus station and some BIXI stations.

Pros * Location- lots of places to eat- restaurants, cafes, coffee places around. Also metro station is 5 mins away. * The room had fridge, kitchenette and microwave. * The room was relatively clean, can’t complain about that. Cons( only taking about room 101) * AC- it’s located right across the bed on the wall and when it’s on- the cool air blows directly into you and your head( I could not sleep like this, so had to turn it off). * Shower is tiny, almost no space, you have to open the door and then the door into the shower to get in. No space to change into clothes afterwards, so you’ll have to go into the room. * Noise- very noisy street and you can hear A LOT when you are in the room( the windows are facing the main street). Get an earplugs or choose another place for your stay if it bothers you. ( I could not fall back asleep at 2:30 am on Saturday because of all the voices and music outside. Also, a group of people were yelling and talking laud right outside where the pizza place is( the same building) at 3 am- texted the owner- no response and there is no one on site who can help with any sort of situation. * We didn’t have a shampoo when we arrived. I have texted the number provided at the check in instructions, but got no response. * The bed was small for two people. * Not worth the price I paid! Overall, I would NOT come back here again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I liked the kitchenette in the room as it allowed me to prepare my own meals. And having a laundry room in the building was also important to me. A modern room with nice amenities and near to the old Latin quarter. Staff were helpful to my needs and I felt comfortable there.

Great units, great value

Awesome stay at this loft. Great room for a solo traveller or couple and right in the core of Montreal. Plenty of food and nightlife in walking distance so that was a welcome bonus to my trip. Owners responded quickly and the units are even nicer than the pictures look, with a new and modern layout. Lots of amenities hidden well within the unit. This will be my go to place to stay now on trips to Montreal.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredible and the room had everything we needed. Some of the reviews said the street noise was loud, but we didn't have a problem - it is just normal city noise. So happy we booked this hotel :).

We received our check-in information the day before our booking and it went smoothly when we got there. The room was nicely updated with a kitchenette. The hotel is right on a main walking street that had tons of restaurants & bars. We did not find it noisy at all despite being so close to a lot of nightlife. Would stay here again!

The location was the main selling feature as it was within walking distance to many attractions. The room is SMALL, but space is well utilized. Our only real issue was the spotty wifi. We did send a message to the hotel operators but didn't get much of a response. Overall good, just far and away the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in.

Good location near public transit, food, drinks and walking distance to most downtown locations. Building was hard to find as it is not marked as a hotel. There’s no front desk so make sure to contact that place in advance. Rooms are clean and a bit small but have almost everything you need.

We were surprised how clean and feature packed this location was! Very easily walkable to public transportation, delicious restaurants and the beautiful old Montreal district. Parking is paid via local nearby garages and a walk is required though not an issue. Other than an unexpected 3:00 AM fire alarm from another room, the stay was great and I would recommend this location, even planning to return ourselves in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here when travelling for Osheaga! The check-in and check-out processes were as straight forward as they could ever be, our room was very clean and air conditioned, and the nearest metro station was just a very short walk down the road. This hotel doesn't provide parking, but there is an Indigo parking garage nearby. The street is pretty busy at night, but our third-floor room stayed quiet enough to sleep through it. Overall a great choice, and we definitely want to stay here again next time we visit Montreal!

The property was clean and in a central location. The room had everything you need for a pleasant stay. A note that the street has a few local bars which can create some noise but this didnt bother us too much. The room could benefit from a repaint as there were lots of scratches and markings on the wall. The airconditioning unit was blowing cold air onto the bed and although i communicated that there was no remote to control this, nothing was done about it which did dampen our enjoyment of the unit. Overall however, it was a good place to stay for the purposes of our trip and was a great location.

The hotel was clean and there was small kitchen with some dinnerware which was good for us coz we stayed for 6 days. But the microwave was not functioning properly and it was a hassle to unlock the door every time. The room was so small that there were no space to keep the luggages. So many stairs and as we have a baby, it was very annoying to go up and down.

The property was perfect for a solo stay—cozy and well-located. My studio faced the street, which was both a plus and a minus. While it offered a lively view, it did get quite loud at night due to nearby bars and college students. I had a minor issue with the remote control not working due to dead batteries. I reached out to the property manager, who assured me someone would deliver replacements, but unfortunately, no one ever followed up. It would also be helpful to have a few basic amenities added—such as hangers. There’s only a hanging bar and no real storage space for clothes, which made organizing a bit tricky. Aside from those details, the location is fantastic—tons of great food options nearby and easily walkable to the Village and Old Montreal.

Too small and uncomfortable.

Location is good, close to downtown. Access to room was easy. Room was too small. No bedside table, TV had no cable or satellite. A/C did not work, it was either 67F and freezing or A/C would turn off and stifling warm. Bathroom so tight there is no room to get ready. No counter space in bathroom, had to use toilet seat as counter space. Stayed 2 nights and towels and coffee were not replenished. Not worth 200+ per night. Would not recommend or stay again.
