My mom, daughter and myself stayed three nights. It was a perfect location for us and the coffee/breakfast was quite good too. Many beautiful restaurants, shoppes and views are surround the hotel. The layout of the room worked well for us. Subway entrances are nearby. Would stay in this location again if we come back to this beautiful place.

Decent place. Room lighting was a little low. Not a problem during the day. Good location. Parking is underground parking - the space was a little tight. Another positive: Close to most attractions.

Location was perfect, staff was great, nice and quiet. The condition of the room was certainly not worth the $900 for 2 nights. The room is in bad need of updating. Lots of area of the wallpaper was bubbling I hate to see what is behind it.

The room and service/staff were great. Four star. Best of all is its location. I cannot think of a more convenient location to so many of Montreal's destination spots. There is a free walking tour (tip your guide) and a hop on/off bus within a 5 minute walk. The riverside attractions are all right there as well. Very nice.

The hotel was in an excellent location. In the heart of the restaurants and sites of Old Town Montreal. It was literally two blocks from the cruise port. It was clean, quiet and the staff was efficient and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We booked a suite. However, the room was very small, there was no space even to walk around after the couch was pulled out. The pull out couch was in a bad shape to sleep on. One of us ended sleeping on the floor.

Breakfast every morning was great. Great variety to satisfy a person’s needs first thing in the morning. Excellent location in the heart of Old Montreal, really great customer service, and were readily able to assist on English instead of French.

Staff were phenomenal, and location was perfect! The hotel NEEDS renovating. The bathrooms for example were very outdated, tub and sink back up with water. Coffee maker is ancient. Towels and linens have seen better days, they aren't clean, soft, and are very worn out.
