The rooms have recently been renovated and are clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the generous room and bathroom lighting and the outlets and usb ports on each nightstand. We stay overnight in Montrose often, and had used a similar motel up the street for years. The Minecart really outshines our previous motel. We are making the Minecart our new lodging space
