"We We stayed at Hotel Belleclaire for one night from Tuesday, March 10 to Wednesday, March 11, and the experience was terrific. I would give it five stars. We loved the historic character of the hotel, and our room was surprisingly spacious for New York City. The $10 complimentary café gift card was a nice touch, and the tangerines at the front desk were a welcoming detail. The staff was excellent, especially Marc at the front door, who helped us with our car. We used the valet parking, which was only a few dollars more than self-parking and absolutely worth it in the city. Marc was professional, attentive, and very helpful while we waited briefly for the car. The location was also incredibly convenient. We walked to a show at the Beacon Theatre, had dinner with friends just across the street, and Central Park is only a few blocks away. A wonderful stay overall—we will definitely be back."

"When we arrived they put us in the wrong room. Not what we had paid for. Staff was not friendly and rooms need upgrading and need to be cleaner. "

"Location was perfect due to meetings close to office in NJ. Staff was helpful. Hotel recently charging parking fee which was free until recently. Not sure why charge a fee since there is plenty of parking, its located in a suburban area. Not NYC and no mass transit near by. Not sure why charge a parking fee. There are plenty other hotels nearby that do not charge parking. I would look elsewhere for a stay. "

"YES ! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! I AM VERY PLEASED FOR THE SHUTTLE THAT TOOK US BACK AND FORTH TO AND FROM THE TRAIN STATION REALLY APPRECIATE IT, ROOM IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE HOUSE KEEPERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY 🙏🙏🙏"

"Perfect location on UWS, spacious rooms especially for NYC, and absolutely lovely staff - each and every one was warm and helpful. Viand cafe right next door is great for breakfast lunch or dinner. I’ve got my new favorite hotel in Manhattan!"
