This hotel was double booked. I requested for a double bed and I got a suite with a pull out couch instead. Other people in my party had room without AC and the hotel offered them points as compensation after multiple calls. Some were turned away because of the lack of free room even though they booked ahead of time. Not a great experience over all. Out room was too cold and the AC controller did not work.

The room itself is great. Comfy bed and pillows, good shower. But never in my entire life has an air conditioner been soooooo loud. It is mind boggling. Also, room 242 has a crappy view. I mean really crappy.
