The pool was down the next 2 days but they did get it up and running on the 2nd day 2 hours before the pool was closed for the night. They refused to do a partial refund for our trip. The front desk people are extremely rude and unprofessional. To get housekeeping to come vacuum or what not you have to call the front desk to let them know you want housekeeping services. “This family owned hotel and cabins is AMAZING !!! The location is perfect for anything Manitou. The little cabin was cute and exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this place if you plan on going to Manitou Springs.”

“Location was good and parking was ok. The breakfast was very limited. They had waffles but no syrup, cereal, yogurt and bagels. The carpets down the halls were very dirty. The room was ok but in three nights no one cleaned our room so our trash was overflowing.”
