Moonlight Basin, Montana hotel rooms at the Independent

"Great place and very secluded, loved the pond and the breakfast/dinner. Bath tub didn’t have hot water :( I will come back again!"

"Sheets were a bit shy of soft. Front desk closed at 5:30pm with a 4pm check in. Only 90 mins for gets to arrive, unpack, check facilities."

"This place was beautiful!! The room was nice and really clean. I just wish I could have had a room on the second floor. I don’t love rooms on the first floor. The only downside was the hours of their gym. My husband is a gym lover and goes to the gym faithfully around 3-4am everyday but we had to head out fairly early and the gym/fitness area didn’t open til 7 so he didn’t get to use it. That kind of sucked."

"The staff was really nice. The facility was updated but simple and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was simple but good choices. Very happy would stay there again."

"Breakfast wasn’t included for this stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and it felt like dogs were welcomed not just ‘allowed’. Would definitely stay again. "
