“I was charged for early check-in, late check-out, and the deposit when I done preregistration when I arrived I was charged again for late check-out and the deposit and was told the other charge was the room price however I paid for the room a week earlier I have all the charges on my bank statement. The room looked like a 12 year old done the drywall and light fixture and as if that’s not enough to pay $60 over they knocked on the door 2 times I told both of them I paid for late check-out then...

“No amenities and room had mold in it and very filthy”

“This property was not at all as advertised. I get it, it's cheap, but it was very deceiving. The photos showed at least some furniture in the rooms, such as chair and nightstands on both sides. We had zero chairs and only one nightstand and a desk. It was literally a place to sleep, nothing more. I had to leave my phone charging on the floor and had to crawl out of the bed at the bottom because they barely left any room between the bed and the wall. It also said continental breakfast. Ummm,...

“Good location and good price”

“The first room we were put in had mold at the head of the bed. Thankfully we were moved to a different room. Also listening to people yell and trying to fight each other outside our door was a lovely surprise to be woken up by at 1am. Also also please note there is a $50 deposit at this place and plan accordingly.”
